Konkurs za dodelu stipendija u okviru projekta „Svet u Srbiji“
Projekat „Svet u Srbiji”, kojim se dodeljuju stipendije Vlade Republike Srbije kandidatima iz država članica i država posmatrača Pokreta nesvrstanih zemalja (u daljem tekstu: PNZ), uspešno se realizuje od školske 2010/2011. godine.
Zahvaljujući ovom projektu, Republika Srbija ima čast da bude domaćin mladim ljudima iz 127 država Afrike, Azije, Centralne i Južne Amerike. Tradicionalna gostoljubivost naših ljudi, predusretljivost i odgovoran odnos profesora i osoblja ustanovama studentskog standarda u kojima su studenti smešteni, omogućili su da se stipendisti iz celog sveta osećaju dobrodošlim i da se prilagode načinu života u Republici Srbiji.
Projekat „Svet u Srbiji” pruža izvanredne uslove, omogućavajući stipendistima smeštaj i ishranu u sistemu studentskog standarda Republike Srbije, zdravstveno osiguranje i novčanu stipendiju u iznosu od 18.000,00 dinara mesečno. Ovakvi uslovi stipendiranja, kao i prijem na koji su naišli stipendisti, nesumnjivo su doprineli ogromnom interesovanju među državama članicama i državama posmatračima PNZ za nove stipendije.
U svim bilateralnim razgovorima koje su predstavnici Republike Srbije vodili sa predstavnicima država članica i država posmatrača PNZ istaknuto je zadovoljstvo dosadašnjom saradnjom u okviru Projekta i izražen interes za nastavak saradnje, uključujući države koje do sada nisu kandidovale svoje studente.
U cilju afirmacije Republike Srbije i njene kulture, tradicije, visokog obrazovanja i politike dobrih odnosa saradnje i međusobnog uvažavanja u državama članicama i državama posmatračima PNZ, Republika Srbija će kroz raspisivanje konkursa (projekat ,,Svet u Srbiji”) za izbor stipendista Vlade ponuditi nove stipendije za učenje srpskog jezika u školskoj 2026/2027. godini i upisa na visokoškolske ustanove čiji je osnivač Republika Srbija u školskoj 2027/2028. godini.
Rok za slanje prijavnih formulara sa pratećom dokumentacijom diplomatsko – konzularnim predstavništvima Republike Srbije teče od dana objavljivanja na zvaničnoj internet prezentaciji Ministarstva prosvete – od 18. maja 1. juna 2026. godine.

Overene kopije originalne dokumentacije zajedno sa potpisanim prijavnim formularom dostavljaju se Ministarstvu spoljnih poslova putem diplomatsko – konzularnih predstavništava Republike Srbije u državama u kojima žive, do 1. juna 2026. godine.
The „World in Serbia“ project, through which the Government of the Republic of Serbia awards scholarships to candidates from member states and observer states of the Non-Aligned Movement (hereinafter: the NAM), has been implemented successfully since the 2010/2011 academic year.
Through this initiative, the Republic of Serbia has the honour of hosting young people from 127 countries in Africa, Asia, Central and South America. The traditional hospitality of our people, the helpfulness and responsible approach of professors and staff at student accommodation institutions, have enabled the scholarship recipients from all over the world to feel welcome and adjust to life in the Republic of Serbia.
The „World in Serbia“ project provides excellent conditions, offering scholarship recipients accommodation and meals within the student support system of the Republic of Serbia, health insurance, and a financial scholarship of RSD 18,000 per month. These scholarship conditions, along with the warm reception the scholarship recipients received, have undoubtedly contributed to the immense interest among NAM member states and observer states in the new scholarships.
In all bilateral discussions held by representatives of the Republic of Serbia with representatives of NAM member states and observer states, they expressed satisfaction with the collaboration within the project and have shown interest in continuing the collaboration, including those countries that are yet to nominate their candidates.
In order to promote the Republic of Serbia and its culture, traditions, higher education, and policy of good cooperative relations and mutual respect in NAM member and observer states, the Republic of Serbia will, through a call for applications under the „World in Serbia“ project, offer new scholarships for learning the Serbian language in the 2026/2027 academic year, and subsequently for enrolment at higher education institutions in the Republic of Serbia in the 2027/2028 academic year.
The deadline for submitting application forms with supporting documentation to the diplomatic-consular missions of the Republic of Serbia runs from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Education – from May 18 to June 1, 2026.

Certified copies of the original documentation, together with the signed application form, are to be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the diplomatic-consular missions of the Republic of Serbia in the countries where they reside, by June 1, 2026.
